Founding-client price for my first five clients. After that it's $497 with half to start.

- Service-area section naming every town you work in, with an embedded map.
- Licensed & insured badge with your license number, once you confirm it.
- Search setup: page titles and descriptions with your city and trade, LocalBusiness schema, and your Google Business Profile pointed at the site.
- Fast: hand-built static code, Lighthouse 90+ on mobile, loads in under two seconds.
- Your domain connected with SSL. Hosting on my account at no charge, with 60 days' notice if that ever changes.
- A short walkthrough video and a one-page handoff document.
1. I build it first. You get a preview link with your name, services and reviews already on it. Costs nothing to look.
2. You send me a list. Anything wrong or missing, in one message. I fix it in one pass. As many rounds as it takes; it's usually one.
3. It goes live. Within 5 business days of getting your details. The invoice goes out when you approve the preview; the site goes live on your domain when it's paid.
Free. New hours, a new phone number, prices, photos, a new service or service-area page, a section that isn't working — text or email me and it's live within 3 to 5 business days. I do changes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Fair use, stated once: free changes cover the things a running business needs. A whole new site (a rebrand, a second business, an online store) is a new project at the normal price.
You own it. The domain is registered in your name (or transferred to you on request at no charge). On payment you get a copy of every file and the code repository, with a paragraph on how to move it anywhere. If I ever stop doing this, everything transfers to you at no charge.
A one-page agreement in plain English, signed by you, me, and my parent as co-signer. A real invoice through Stripe (card or bank transfer). No guarantees of rankings or leads, because nobody honest can make those; the site is built to get the call, and you'll see the analytics at 30 days.
