Work 02 / 04 · HVAC · Boise, ID
The HVAC site built for the hottest day of the year.
An HVAC company's website has one job: be the one a homeowner calls when the AC dies at 4 pm in July. Summit Air is the master template every HVAC prospect's preview is built from.

What it does
The hero leads with the emergency: same-day AC repair, a big call button, and the rating. Below it, the four things people actually search for (repair, replacement, furnace, maintenance) each get a card in the owner's own words.
A seasonal toggle flips the whole site between cooling and heating copy, a maintenance plan section handles recurring revenue, and the service-area section names every town in the Treasure Valley so the site ranks where the trucks go.
On the page
- Emergency-first hero with same-day messaging and tap-to-call
- Cooling / heating toggle that re-skins the page by season
- Services grid in plain language, one sentence each
- Maintenance plans for recurring revenue
- Reviews as cards next to a quote form, service area with a map
- HVACBusiness schema, Lighthouse 87 on mobile with a photo hero
What a customer sees on their phone. The call button is in the header at every scroll position.
