The problem, in one screen

Someone in your town is Googling “plumber near me” right now.

They find your listing. They see your 4.9 stars. They look for something to tap — and there's nothing there. So they call the guy with 12 reviews and a website. That's the whole reason I exist.

Mike came out same day. Fixed the water heater in an hour and explained everything. Fair price. Would call again. — Dana R.

  • Who I build for

Owner-operated trades with an active Google listing, 10 or more reviews, and no website. If that's you, you already have customers. You just don't have a front door.

  • Why it's different

Everyone offers to build you a site. I send you the finished one. There's nothing to imagine, nothing to trust, no meeting. You open a link on your phone and it's yours if you want it.

  • What it costs to look

Nothing. If you don't want it, I take the preview down and you never hear from me again. If you do, it's $397 when it's live on your domain. No deposit.

The work

Real sites. Real names. Open any of them.

Every site here is live and built the way yours would be: fast, phone-first, with the owner's real reviews on it. The ones marked preview were built for a real business before they were ever asked. The ones marked concept are master templates with sample content.

How it works

Three steps. No meetings. No deposit.

You never sit through a sales call and you never pay for a promise. The site exists before the conversation does. That's the whole model.

  1. 01

    I build it first.

I pull your services, your Google reviews, your service area and your photos into a real site — the same quality as everything above. You get a link on your phone. Takes me about a day.

    Cost to you: $0
  2. 02

You fix what I got wrong.

Text me a list — the phone number that should ring, a service I missed, a photo of your truck. I do it in one pass. As many rounds as it takes; it's usually one. Then we connect your domain.

    Live in 5 business days
  3. 03

    You pay once. It's yours.

$397 when it's live and you're happy. You own the domain and every file. Hosting is free on my side, forever. Changes after launch are free too — text me and it's done within a few days.

What's always included

Everything a trade site needs to get the call.

Not a template with your logo dropped in. Every site is built around the one thing that matters for a plumber or an HVAC company: a stranger on a phone deciding who to call in ten seconds.

  • Tap-to-call header that follows them

Your number is one tap away at every scroll position, on every page. On mobile it's a sticky bar.

  • Your Google reviews, quoted

Real reviews with first names, right next to the call button. Your rating and count in the hero, not buried on an about page.

  • Quote form to your inbox

A short form that lands in your email. No login, no dashboard, nothing to maintain.

  • Service area with a map

Every town you work in, named in real copy Google can read, with an embedded map.

  • Licensed & insured, up front

Your license number and insurance where a homeowner looks for it. I never invent credentials; you confirm them.

  • Loads in under two seconds

Static, hand-built code. Lighthouse 90+ on mobile. No page builder bloat, no plugins to update.

  • Search setup done right

Titles and descriptions with your city and trade, LocalBusiness schema, and your Google listing pointed at the site.

  • Your domain, connected, with SSL

Registered in your name so you always own your identity. I walk you through it in five minutes or handle it and hand it over.

  • Free hosting, free changes, forever

Hosting costs me nothing, so it costs you nothing. Text me a change and it's live within a few business days.

The price, next to everyone else's

One flat number. Paid once, when it's live.

I build with AI tools that let me do in an afternoon what used to take an agency a week. You get the agency-quality site without the agency's payroll. That's the entire reason the number is what it is.

Who you're dealing with

I'm Cohen. I build these myself, and I answer my own phone.

I'm sixteen, I'm from a small town in South Carolina, and I build websites for people who work with their hands. I build them with AI tools that let me do in an afternoon what used to take an agency a week — which is why this costs $397 and not $3,000.

I'm telling you that up front because I'd rather you hear it from me than wonder on the phone. You're not judging me anyway. You're judging the site, and it's already built. Open any of the ones above on your phone. That's what you'd get.

Paperwork is handled properly: a one-page agreement my parent co-signs, a real invoice, and a handoff document that says in plain English that you own everything. If I ever stop doing this, it all transfers to you at no charge.

Things owners ask me

Fair questions. Straight answers.

“We get all our work from word of mouth.”

That's the best kind, and it's why you have the reviews you have. The site doesn't replace it. It catches the people who hear your name from a neighbor and Google you before they call. Right now they land on nothing. The site is for the strangers.

“We already have a Facebook page.”

Good, I'll probably pull your photos from it. Facebook is great for people who already follow you. It just doesn't show up when someone searches “HVAC near me.” The site does, and the two can point at each other.

“I tried a website before and it did nothing.”

Most of those were templates with no phone number above the fold and no reviews on the page. They look fine and do nothing. Yours has your rating and a call button at the top on purpose, loads in under two seconds, and your Google listing gets pointed at it. That last step is the one most people skip.

“What happens when I need something changed?”

You text me. New hours, a new number, a photo of the new truck, a page for a service you added. It's free, and it's live within a few business days. A whole new website for a different business is a new project; everything else is just a text.

“Who owns it? What if you disappear?”

You do. The domain is registered in your name. On payment you get a copy of every file and the code repository, and the handoff doc explains how to move it anywhere. If I ever stop doing this, everything transfers to you at no charge. It's in the agreement.

“Why is it so cheap?”

Because I don't have an office, a sales team, or a project manager, and because AI tools let me build in hours what used to take weeks. I'm not cutting corners; I'm cutting overhead. The price goes up to $497 after my first five clients, so early is the good time.
